VOP

藝術家希朵．史戴爾（Hito Steyerl）近日發表一封名為「致聯邦總統⋯⋯」的公開信，回絕表揚各領域傑出人才的德國聯邦十字勳章，並批評防疫政策對文化與教育的漠視。身為一名具有德國與日本雙重血統的藝術家，史戴爾質疑這份德國最高榮譽貢獻獎，看似反映國家對文化多樣性的重視，卻可能徒具形式，未能面對真實存在的歧視與不平等。

史戴爾同時訴求：「為文化工作者提供更完善的社會安全網」、「透過預防與平等方案來改善少數族群的歧視問題」、「使社會大眾的相互理解擺脫像臉書那種數位壟斷者的掌控」。她認為，政府唯有認真考量上述方案，才可能真正助長文化、教育與社會參與。
